Orders, stock, shipping, bank payments, e-invoices and every customer conversation in one database - instead of an OMS, an invoicing tool, a CRM and a helpdesk wired together with connectors. One flat price per company, hosted in the EU.
Marketplace and web shop orders land in one list with your own statuses. Rules move them on payment, packing and shipping. REST API and webhooks work today; Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify and Shoper connectors are rolling out now.
Several warehouses, bin locations, batches and serial numbers, barcodes scanned with a phone camera, reservations, stock takes and minimum levels.
Label and tracking number straight from the order, delivery status back in the order and to the customer. The shipping engine runs in production today; InPost and couriers via Furgonetka are being connected now.
Bank statements are imported and matched to orders and invoices automatically, unmatched payments are flagged. Direct PSD2 bank sync is in progress.
KSeF 2.0 for Poland is ready: invoices and corrections go out from the system with KSeF number and UPO. Peppol and XRechnung / ZUGFeRD are in development.
Messenger, Instagram and website chat open right next to the customer's orders, payments and deliveries. WhatsApp Business is in progress.
Supplier invoices from PDF, photo or e-mail are read automatically and become draft purchases with the original attached. Reorder points, supplier price lists, payables.
Price lists per customer, quotes with online acceptance, credit limits, approvals and KPI-based bonuses for your sales team.
Multi-currency, several companies in one account, VAT, receivables and payables, cash flow, P&L and balance sheet - with drill-down to every document.
Dashboards per role, a report builder without a developer, and the whole system in the browser and on the phone.
In a typical stack an order is copied from the OMS to the invoicing tool, the tracking number is pasted into the marketplace and the payment is checked by hand. Here every step updates the same record.
Most order tools do not show customer messages, so teams add a separate helpdesk and switch tabs all day. In UA Pro ERP the conversation opens in the same card as the customer's orders, payments and deliveries.
Poland's KSeF is mandatory, Belgium, Germany and other countries follow with Peppol and XRechnung / ZUGFeRD. We build each format into the same invoice document, so switching countries does not mean switching software.
Status as of October 2026. Formats marked as in progress are not yet available to clients.
The AI works with your real documents and conversations inside the system, not in a separate chatbot. A person confirms every action.
Drop a PDF or photo, or forward the e-mail: number, date, supplier, lines, VAT and totals are read, items matched to your catalogue, duplicates flagged, and a draft purchase is ready with the original attached.
A short summary lands in the customer card, with a follow-up task if the customer asked for something.
The assistant suggests an answer in the chat using the order, payment and delivery data. The manager edits and sends.
Ask about stock, overdue invoices or sales by channel and get the answer from your own data.
Distributors usually keep price lists in spreadsheets and approvals in e-mail. Here they live next to stock, receivables and the sales pipeline.
Retail, wholesale and dealer prices, recalculated automatically by your rules when purchase costs change.
The customer opens a link, picks options and accepts on the phone - the sales order is created by itself.
Discounts above the limit, payments and purchase orders go to the right person by rules, with a full history.
Targets and bonuses for sales managers, volume bonus agreements for dealers, margin per customer.
The manager sees overdue invoices before confirming the next order.
A typical online seller in the EU runs an order tool, an invoicing or accounting program, a CRM and often a helpdesk. Each has its own subscription, its own data and its own connector to maintain.

We publish the real status of every integration. Items in progress are being built now; we connect them for new clients as soon as they pass testing on live accounts.
No servers to buy and no admin to hire. Hosting, monitoring, backups and updates are part of the service.
We do not ask you to prepare a perfect export. Our import tools bring over products, customers, suppliers, stock and open balances from your current tools. A test migration and a balance check happen before go-live. Setup, migration and team training are part of onboarding - no hidden extras.
We map your processes and load a slice of your catalogue and customers into a test system - you see your own company, not a generic demo.
Roles, document templates, statuses, integrations. We move products, customers, stock and opening balances.
Training by role, a short parallel run with your old tools, a final check - then you switch them off.
Weekly updates, new integrations and changes for your processes, without buying new versions.
UA Pro ERP is a cloud system that combines order management, warehouse, shipping, payments, e-invoicing, accounting and a CRM with a unified customer inbox. It is built for online sellers, wholesalers and distributors who are tired of running three or four separate tools and keeping them in sync.
An order management tool handles channels and shipping, accounting software handles invoices, a CRM handles customers, and a helpdesk handles messages - each with its own data. In UA Pro ERP an order, its payment, stock movement, shipment, invoice and the customer conversation are one record in one database. Nothing is copied between tools, and there are fewer connectors that can break.
The price is flat per company and depends on the plan, not on how many orders you ship. There are no per-order fees and no share of turnover. Onboarding, setup and data migration are part of the connection package. We give an exact quote after a short review of your processes - write to office@ua-pro.com.
Today orders can come in through the REST API and webhooks. Connectors for Allegro, WooCommerce, Shopify, Shoper and a BaseLinker bridge, plus InPost and couriers via Furgonetka, are being built now and will be enabled for clients as soon as they pass testing on live accounts. Amazon, eBay, Kaufland, Sendcloud and direct DHL, DPD and GLS follow. The current status of each integration is listed on this page.
KSeF 2.0 for Poland is ready: invoices and corrections are sent from the system, and the KSeF number, UPO and verification QR code are stored with the invoice. Receiving purchase invoices from KSeF and the offline mode are in progress. Peppol and XRechnung / ZUGFeRD for Germany are in development.
Your system runs on servers in Germany, so the data stays in the EU. We make a backup every night with a second copy on a separate server, test restores, and log every change to documents. Data is processed only to run your system. You can get a full export of your data at any time at no extra cost, or ask us to delete it.
Yes. We import products, customers, suppliers, stock and opening balances from spreadsheets, web shops, order tools and accounting programs, using exports or the API. We run a test migration first and check the balances with you before go-live. Migration is part of onboarding.
A typical plan is four weeks: audit and a demo on your data, then setup and migration, then training and a short parallel run with your old tools. Larger warehouses or many channels can take longer; we give you a concrete plan after the audit.
Messenger, Instagram and website chat work today, inside the same card as the customer's orders, payments and deliveries. WhatsApp Business is in progress. Calls and voice messages can be transcribed by AI into a short summary in the customer card.
The AI reads incoming supplier invoices and prepares draft purchases, transcribes calls and voice messages, suggests replies in customer chats and answers questions about your data. A person confirms every action - the AI prepares the work, your team decides.
Tell us a little about your company and the tools you use now. We will prepare a demo on a slice of your data and an honest estimate of the timeline. We reply by e-mail.
Send a few words about your company - we will prepare a demo on your data and an honest estimate of timeline and scope.
