Step by step, as in the recording

The voice-over text in English, to find the right moment or read it instead of watching.

  1. 01

Several sole proprietors (FOP) on the single tax, each with their own income limit. Usually it is tracked in Excel, and people find out about going over it too late. Here all FOPs are in one list, with a gauge towards the limit.

  2. 02

You open a FOP. The system calculates income since the first of January from the receipts of all its cash registers, both in the online shop and in the physical shop, minus refunds. A prepayment that was later closed with a sales receipt is not counted a second time. Income before the connection and transfers to the account without a receipt are entered as separate lines with a date.

  3. 03

The gauge shows how much has been used and how much is left. Here it is over eighty-five per cent, with less than one and a half million left.

  4. 04

There is no need to wait for someone to remember. At eighty, ninety-five and one hundred per cent the owner and the accountant get a notification.

  5. 05

End of the quarter. You click "Taxes for the quarter": income by month, single tax on a cumulative basis, military levy and ESV, all with payment dates. For groups 1 and 2 these are fixed payments, for group 3 five or three per cent, and income above the limit is taxed at fifteen. The figures for the return are ready and can be printed.

  6. 06

Time to switch to another FOP. You open the reserve one and click "Make active".

  7. 07

In one click its cash register became the main one for receipts, and its acquiring the one for payment links. New orders already go to this FOP, and the history shows who switched and when.

  8. 08

Instead of an Excel spreadsheet, one list: you see how much each FOP has left and how much to pay for the quarter, and switching takes two clicks.
