You have an LLC and several sole proprietors (FOP), but one warehouse. Who sold what to whom and who owes whom, the accountant pieces together by hand in Excel.

In the settings you only choose the companies that work from one warehouse. After saving, each one gets its own part of the warehouse, and the companies become customer and supplier to each other.

Case one. FOP Melnyk sells twenty dresses, but there are only eight in his part of the warehouse. You simply submit the delivery note.

The FOP buys the remaining twelve from Barvinok automatically: Barvinok gets a sales invoice, the FOP a supplier invoice, at cost plus a mark-up. In the same way, Barvinok earlier took hats from the FOP.

Case two: everyone is short of the goods. Barvinok sells sixty milk-white dresses, but the two companies have only twenty-five between them. It cannot be submitted, and you immediately see how many are needed and how many there are.

Case three: Barvinok pays the FOP one thousand hryvnias for the hats. You enter the payment only in Barvinok.

In the FOP's books the matching payment appears automatically and closes his invoice for the hats. There is no need to enter it a second time.

The companies owe each other in both directions. Every day the smaller amount is closed by an offset in both companies, or straight away with the "Offset now" button.

The intercompany settlements report shows the balance of each pair from both sides. The difference is zero, so the companies' books agree.

And the stock report shows each product by company and in total, that is, the whole physical warehouse.

Each company sells from the shared warehouse, and internal sales, payments and offsets are created automatically. There is nothing left to reconcile by hand.
Several legal entities, one warehouse
An LLC and several sole proprietors (FOP) sell from one physical warehouse. If a company is short of an item, an internal sale from the company that has it is created automatically (delivery note + receipt, price at cost, with a mark-up or from a price list). Payments between companies are reflected in both, and mutual debts are offset every day. Reports on intercompany settlements from both sides and on stock by company.
Area: Warehouse and logistics. The module is switched on and off for each company separately, with no per-seat licences.
