1. 01

   After a call the manager remembers half of it. The size, the branch, the shipping day, and all of it only in their head.

   You upload the call recording from your phone straight into the order and say who called whom. Here the manager made the call, so it is outgoing. Speech recognition runs on UA Pro servers.

3. 03

   While the recording is being processed, let's look at the chats. A voice message from Viber or Telegram is transcribed automatically, a short summary appears next to it, and if the customer is annoyed, there is a red mark beside it.

4. 04

   The spark button writes a draft reply that takes the order into account. You send it yourself, after checking it.

5. 05

   If the recording has only dial tones or silence, the system says exactly that. It does not invent a summary and does not create a task.

   If a recording could not be recognised, you see the reason, and the "retry" link starts processing again.

7. 07

   Back in the order, the summary is already there: why the call was made, what was agreed and what to do next. The full text of the conversation expands below if you need to check the details.

8. 08

   The same summary is added as a comment to the order and to the customer card. And the next step becomes a task for the responsible manager, with the agreement text inside.

9. 09

   In the settings there is a threshold for short calls and switches for summaries and tasks. In the end every conversation leaves a trace in the order and a specific next action.
