What to sew and how much, when it will be ready, which models earn money and which just sit there
The voice-over text in English, to find the right moment or read it instead of watching.
What should we sew next week so there is neither a shortage nor dead stock? The first screen shows how much to make, what is urgent and where the workshop's bottleneck is.
The module calculates from sales, stock, orders and what is already in the workshop. Last autumn "Snizhok" sold three times better, so the forecast includes the season, and the item is on the urgent list.
You expand a line to see how many of each colour and size to sew. Under the number is the stock: there are still plenty in size 110, but only one piece each in the other sizes.
You tick the jumpsuit and the jacket and add them to the production plan, with the requirement for each colour and size.
The plan joins the queue behind the batches already in the workshop: a ready date, the bottleneck is sewing, minutes for each stage. You create batches, one per item.
"Load" shows the queue at each stage and the utilisation for ten working days. Sewing is booked up for almost two weeks: you add seamstresses or postpone what is not urgent.
The trousers have been cut, so you click "Next" and the batch goes to sewing.
"Assortment" shows who earns the money. The top three models bring in almost seventy per cent of the margin, while the bodysuit, despite high sales, brings in pennies: class C.
Click a model to see the colour and size matrix: which SKUs earn money and which only take up shelf space.
Dead stock is stock with no sales for more than ninety days: summer T-shirts, shorts and sundresses worth almost fifty-eight thousand. That is where you start the sale.
For the season: "Custom period", "This season last year". In autumn the jumpsuit was first by margin.
Sales, season, stock, the workshop queue and margin in one place. You sew what will sell.
What to make and how much for each product and variant: to stock from a sales forecast with seasonality, or to order by due dates. A production plan with a ready date and the bottleneck, batches by stage, a 10-day load. Standard stages for clothing, furniture, food, metalworking, electronics and printing. 20/80 reports, dead stock, top 50/100, import of sales from 1C.
