Step by step, as in the recording

The voice-over text in English, to find the right moment or read it instead of watching.

  1. 01

A restaurant on UA Pro: the venue's site, the till and the books in one system.

  2. 02

A restaurant usually has three to five separate programs: menu, till, accounting, stock, shift schedule. They are not connected, and sales and stock are reconciled by hand. A solution where all of this works together is very hard to find on the market. In UA Pro it is one system.

  3. 03

A guest sits down at a table and scans the QR code. The menu opens straight on the phone: photos, prices, portion weights. Nothing needs to be installed.

  4. 04

They choose dishes, see the total with the service charge and confirm. They pay by card or in cash and see the status of their order.

  5. 05

Each kitchen station sees its own items: table, timer, guest's requests. They mark it ready, and the waiter sees it at once.

  6. 06

Now the main point. The order does not need to be retyped into the books. It goes into UA Pro ERP by itself: a sale is created, ingredients are written off by the recipe card, the payment is posted, the receipt goes through the PRRO or as a non-fiscal one under a FOP, and all of it lands in the current shift.

  7. 07

Here is that order in the ERP: table, dishes, amount, payment method and a mark that it came from the QR menu. The cashier does not need to enter anything a second time.

  8. 08

Each dish writes off ingredients by its recipe card. Grilled salmon is sold, and the warehouse is down one portion of salmon, butter, lime and oil. The stock is visible at once.

  9. 09

The receipt is issued automatically: fiscal through the PRRO or non-fiscal under a FOP, depending on the settings. The system tracks the annual income limit of each sole proprietor (FOP). In the demo the cash register runs in emulation mode.

  10. 10

At the end of the day the cashier closes the shift. The system totals all receipts and payments, cash, card and online separately, and produces the Z-report.

  11. 11

Now purchasing. A supplier has delivered fish with a delivery note. Take a photo of the note, and the system recognises the supplier and the lines itself.

  12. 12

The photo goes to incoming documents. In a few seconds the system finds the supplier by EDRPOU code, matches each line to a product and shows the recognition confidence.

  13. 13

One button, and the draft goods receipt is ready. The manager checks and submits the document. The photo of the delivery note is kept in it, and warehouse stock is updated at once.

  14. 14

Don't need kitchen screens? Don't switch them on. The cashier enters orders in the ERP, and the system handles write-offs, payments and reports itself.

  15. 15

The owner sees the picture from a phone or laptop: revenue, cost and margin for each dish.

  16. 16

And the gross profit report shows it for every dish. No exports to Excel.

  17. 17

The venue's site, the till, the warehouse and the books, together at last. A restaurant on UA Pro.

Add-onv2.1.2 New module

Till and floor in one command centre: tables, bills, kitchen and payment on one screen. A waiter takes orders from a phone, splits the bill by guest, by item or equally and takes cash, card or an NBU QR payment right at the table. Discounts and guest cards with limits per role, a service charge, complaints with manager approval. The kitchen, bar and pastry section see their own dishes on separate screens. Every payment becomes a sale in the shift straight away: ingredients written off by recipe cards, a PRRO or non-fiscal receipt, a Z-report, gross profit per dish. Dish modifiers (doneness, add-ons, size) with a surcharge or their own price, courses such as "salad now, main later" fired by the waiter, kitchen ticket printing, table booking on the floor plan, portion size and allergens in the menu. Orders, bookings and dish pauses from the QR menu and the venue's site on ua-pro.com arrive automatically, and the kitchen stop list hides a dish on the site.

Area: Sales and shipping. The module is switched on and off for each company separately, with no per-seat licences.
