Tax invoices from a sales invoice

   Sales invoices are issued, but tax invoices are still typed by hand in M.E.Doc. Let's see how to create them right from the ERP.

   You open a submitted sales invoice and click "Tax invoice", "Issue tax invoice". The seller, the buyer with their individual tax number (IPN), prices without VAT, UKTZED and unit codes are already there, and VAT is calculated.

   You submit it, and the tax invoice gets the next number for the year. And a link to it appears in the sales invoice.

   Case one: the buyer has no IPN. The module sets the type "To a non-VAT payer", reason 02, a mark that the tax invoice is not given to the buyer, and the conventional IPN for non-payers.

   Case two: retail. Sales to non-payers for a day are collected into one summary tax invoice. You see the days with the number of invoices and the amount, create drafts with reason 11, and each one remembers which invoices it was built from.

   You tick the tax invoices and export XML: several of them come in one archive for M.E.Doc, SOTA or Vchasno. The system skips a draft and warns you, and the rest become "Exported".

7. 07

   After registration you enter the ERPN number, and the tax invoice turns green. That shows everything is in order with it.

8. 08

   If registration has been suspended, you click "Suspended / rejected" and write the reason. Such a tax invoice stays red and will not get lost among the others.

9. 09

   The register shows all tax invoices for the period, their statuses and registration numbers. The accountant reconciles one place, not two programs.
