The goods are in the warehouse, but the storekeeper has to search for the shelf every time. Here every shelf has its own address.

Ten spools of thread have arrived. You do not specify a bin: after saving, the system puts the goods in the IN receiving zone itself. You submit the receipt, and the spools already have an address.

Next, a transfer between bins: six to A-01-01, four to A-01-02. The "In bin" column shows how many are in the bin you are taking from.

And if the storekeeper makes a mistake and wants to take five from a bin that holds only four, the document will not be saved. The error immediately tells you where the goods actually are.

A customer ordered seven. No single bin has that many, so the picking list splits the line itself: six from A-01-01, one from A-01-02. You submit the list, and the delivery note made from it uses the same addresses.

The product card shows where it is right now, and the "Stock by bin" report shows the whole warehouse with filters by bin, product and type.

Warehouse stock stays exactly as it was, bins only add the address. The storekeeper does not search, but takes from a specific shelf.
