OpenCart / ocStore integration
A shop on OpenCart 2.3, 3.0, 4.x or ocStore 3 is connected with one code: orders, payments, reservations, statuses, waybills, stock and prices move between the site and the ERP automatically.

Captions to the module screens: briefly what each one shows and why.

Shop connection: at the top you see the week's orders, reservations, deliveries, errors, linked products and the time of the last exchange.

In the OpenCart admin the UA Pro Connector module shows the connection code: you copy it in one click, the address and key are already inside. The interface is in Ukrainian, English and Russian.

In the ERP you just paste the code: the system checks the connection and pulls in the site's statuses, shipping and payment methods.

Exchange rules: what to do with products, options, photos and prices, the buyer's comment goes into the order, and a payment from the site can be posted as a payment in the ERP straight away.

Each site status is mapped to an action in the books and a CRM stage, the "Paid" status is marked separately, and you decide when the ERP changes the status on the site itself.

All site orders in one list: the site status, what has been done in the books, the buyer, the amount and the sales order created.

The buyer paid on the site, and the ERP already has a payment with the site's payment method, a PRRO receipt and the "Sent to warehouse" stage. If a paid order is cancelled on the site, the manager gets a signal to process a refund.

A log of every exchange: connection, catalogue, orders, payments, stock and statuses, with a check that everything was actually written to the shop.

In the OpenCart admin the order gets the "Shipped" status and a comment with the waybill number set by the ERP, and the buyer gets a notification.
OpenCart / ocStore integration
A shop on OpenCart 2.3, 3.0, 4.x or ocStore 3 (works the same way as OpenCart 3.0) is connected with one code: you install the UA Pro Connector module in the shop admin, copy the code and paste it into the ERP. Orders from the site become sales orders with stock reserved, products with options (size, colour) go to the right variant. If the buyer paid on the site (LiqPay, WayForPay, monobank and others), the ERP posts the payment itself, and a cancellation after payment is not lost: a comment and a "process a refund" signal. Statuses from your table, the waybill number and a comment go back to the order history on the site. Stock and prices, including per option value, are updated on the site, and after every write the ERP reads the shop again and checks the result. The catalogue with categories and options is transferred into the system without duplicates.
Area: Sales and shipping. The module is switched on and off for each company separately, with no per-seat licences.
