A request from a QR tag, downtime and repair cost are calculated automatically, scheduled maintenance by engine hours
The voice-over text in English, to find the right moment or read it instead of watching.
A forklift has stopped, people find out from a phone call, and nobody knows how long it was down. The equipment card shows requests, downtime, costs and the next maintenance.
A technician scans the QR tag on the equipment with a phone, and the request opens already on this forklift. They choose the type and priority, describe the problem, tick the downtime box and save.
The forklift's state is already "Down", and downtime is counted from the moment of the request.
You take the request into work, and the forklift's state becomes "Under repair". You add hydraulic oil, but there is none in the warehouse. You set "Waiting for parts": the request waits, and downtime keeps counting.
The "Spare parts below minimum" report shows what to reorder and how much. One button, and a draft material request is ready for purchasing.
Another repair, the paint booth: the technician has already entered a thermocouple and three hours of work. You click "Done". The module reminds you about an unticked operation, writes the spare part off from the warehouse itself and calculates the cost: parts plus labour.
You cannot change the parts retrospectively: first the write-off has to be cancelled. You cannot write off the same thing twice.
For the first forklift you enter engine hours. The system will not accept a reading lower than the previous one, unless the meter was replaced. You enter the correct one: eight hundred and forty-five.
The maintenance plan every two hundred and fifty engine hours sees that the threshold has been passed and creates a "Scheduled maintenance" request with the work and the spare part from the plan. It does this by itself overnight, the button is there so you do not have to wait.
The "Equipment downtime" report shows how many times and how many hours each machine was down and what is down right now. You can see which equipment stops most often.
An equipment register, repair requests from a phone via a QR tag, scheduled maintenance by calendar or engine hours, downtime, spare parts written off to a repair and costs for each unit.
Area: Warehouse and logistics. The module is switched on and off for each company separately, with no per-seat licences.
