Plans, contracts, equipment by serial number, monthly invoices, consumables in the fee and counters
The voice-over text in English, to find the right moment or read it instead of watching.
Water coolers, terminals, coffee machines, printers: you rent out equipment for a monthly fee. What is installed where and who owes how much is usually known only to the manager's spreadsheet.
The plan has a subscription fee, a deposit and a minimum term. For printers you switch on a counter: three thousand pages are included in the fee, and each page above the limit costs forty-five kopecks.
The "Standard" plan includes consumables, here three kilograms of coffee a month. Anything above the allowance goes on the invoice at the plan price.
A contract is a customer, an installation address and a plan: a coworking space in Odesa takes a multifunction printer on the "Business" plan. At the top you see the subscription fee, the next invoice, the debt and the equipment. You start the contract.
You issue the equipment. The multifunction printer moves by serial number from the free equipment warehouse to the "Equipment at customers" warehouse and is assigned to the customer and the address.
The module issues invoices every month by itself, a few days before the invoice day, or you can issue one straight away. The contract did not start on the first of the month, so the fee covers only the rental days, and the invoice shows the address of this particular office.
You enter the counter reading right from the contract: the date and the number from the device. The module works out how much of it is above the limit.
On the invoice it is a separate line: in September nine hundred and sixty pages more than the limit were printed, at forty-five kopecks each.
The module orders the consumables included in the fee on a schedule, for example every Tuesday, to the office address. Within the allowance the lines go out at zero hryvnias.
The reports show where each device is, at which customer and since what date, and also who owes how much. The Lviv office has not paid for two months now.
"Not ordered for a while" suggests whom to call: a customer has placed no orders for more than a month. And "Free equipment" shows what can go to a new customer.
Contracts, equipment, invoices and deliveries in one place, and the module does the daily routine itself.
Equipment you rent out for a monthly fee: water coolers, coffee machines, printers, POS terminals, tools. A plan with a subscription fee, a deposit, consumables included in the fee and a page or serving counter above the limit. A contract with the installation address, issue and return of a unit by serial number, monthly invoices created automatically (pro rata for a partial month and with the office address), consumable deliveries on a schedule. You can see what is installed where, who owes how much and what is free in the warehouse. Servicing and repairs work together with the "Equipment repairs and maintenance" module.
Area: Sales and shipping. The module is switched on and off for each company separately, with no per-seat licences.
